Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

How to return
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like a return or exchange.
• Send unused items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
• Return postage is at the buyer's expense.

Conditions
• Items must be unused and in their original condition. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Customer-damaged items aren't eligible for return.
• No returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for faulty items.

Refunds
• Original shipping costs aren't refunded.
• If an order qualified for free shipping and a partial return takes it below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
• For US orders, tariffs paid aren't refundable.

Exchanges
Buyers may be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we're unable to cancel it.
